If you are ordering an item from the Pyrography section, then some designs will be sent to you by email for you to choose from, or mix and match as required. This is a completely FREE service and you are under no obligation to buy if you're not completely happy with the ideas.
Payment won't be requested until you've chosen your design.
If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, we have a no quibble refund policy.
