For orders outside the European Union, payment can only be accepted in Sterling by Bank Transfer or PayPal.com

Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received

Your Card Security

At Personalisedgifts.net, we guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal and are not accessible by anyone at Personalisedgifts.net. You will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal, when paying by Card and e-mail confirmation from us of your order.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

P&P and Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We offer FREE UK- wide delivery by standard 2nd class mail or parcel post depending on weight. You have the option of paying extra for 1st class, courier or special delivery.  An estimate of delivery time will be provided within the detailed information on the product. Please note this is only an estimate to give you an indication of how long on average you may expect for delivery. Royal Mail may be slow at busy times. We can never guarantee delivery times so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. We do not class an item as missing until 9 days have passed since despatch.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.

Please do not post items back to us without first informing us so we can give you a returns number.
